It looked like a rather nice walk, so off I went, one warm September morning after dropping the kids off at school.
The park itself is peaceful, and large enough that you can lose the sounds of the city. It compares well to the nearby Kings Norton Park and completely devoid of skateboarding kids, which is a great bonus.
The park borders farmland, where I met a fox doing it's morning rounds. Sadly, I wasn't quick enough to get a pic of it. Maybe next time.
